The Aim of the workshop
This workshop will help people managers to understand the legal do’s and don’ts of managing a fair disciplinary process, to ensure they don’t fall foul of employment legislation or ACAS best practice guidelines.
Whilst this session will not turn managers into Employment Law Experts it will give them the right knowledge to confidently deal with issues and work alone or alongside their HR teams where necessary and not put their business at risk. Ensure their team members are dealt with fairly and in line with legislation and best practices.
