Seminar 05- Treat or Trouble
Our fifth Seminar discussed the Bribery Act which came into force on 1st July 2011. The act replaces and brings together the current bribery laws which date back to 1889. We will all have had experience of this in one form or another (Tickets for Wimbledon, Dinner at a nice Restaurant, Bottle of Champagne). The act spells out what is reasonable and what is not, and therefore this seminar helped everyone to understand the act better and be aware of the pitfalls of accepting (or offering) incentives and / or gifts.

Seminar 04- Delicate HR issues Exposed
This Seminar discused the various issues that all companies have to sometimes face. Although not always common, when these issues do arise they can be potentially very damaging for the individuals involved. This seminar helped give an understanding about how to address these problems and the laws behind them.

Seminar 02 - Corporate benefits
At this seminar we discussed corporate benefits from both a company and staff perspective. We were delighted to have as our guest speakers, Andy Harris, Managing Director of Shaw Gibbs Financial Services, and Sarah Morgan, Managing Director of Health Matters 360 and her highly experienced team. This seminar was supported by Oxfordshire’s prominent publication, B4 Business Magazine.
