In Oxford Magazine Restaurant Awards 2011
Last night 270 guests attended the inaugural In Oxford Magazine Restaurant Awards in the grounds of Oxford Castle, hosted by Malmaison.
The event was a great success with whoops of joy as restaurants across 8 categories celebrated winning or just enjoying the occasion.
Biggest winners of the night were The Feathered Nest who scooped the top prize of Restaurant of the Year and Best British Restaurant, followed by Pierre Victoire who were ‘victorious’ in the Best European and Public Vote categories – the latter with 488 votes! (over 7,500 votes cast in total).
With thanks to Malmaison, Oxford Castle, the sponsors, guests and suppliers for a great effort. Special mention to New Folium Marquees and Beautiful Chair Covers for making the marquee look stunning, to Tina of TERA events for co-ordinating the event and to Miele for being our Awards Sponsor.
