Katherine Dales - Managing Director
Katherine returned to Oxford, her home town, after graduating from the University of Kent where she studied Law and Psychology. Having initially experienced working for a Nursing Recruitment agency, Katherine joined a well respected Oxfordshire Consultancy and gained CertRP status. In 2006 she launched an IT based consultancy with two experienced colleagues.

Katherine believes that the ‘live to work’ culture so prevalent in Britain today can lead to discontent both at home and at work and she passionately believes that by achieving greater synergy between our professional and personal lives we can truly achieve a successful and happier balance between lifestyle and career. She says ‘Being a successful professional does not always mean wearing a black suit and carrying a briefcase!’
A self-confessed workaholic Katherine maintains her drive and focus with a healthy lifestyle and eagerly follows the lifestyle tips regularly posted on The Career Boutique website.
Katherine is thrilled to have launched the Career Boutique's London-based Executive Talent Division, the focus of which is, quite simply, to unearth exciting individuals to connect with inspiring opportunities.

Kat Greenfield - Senior Consultant
Kat has been with The Career Boutique for a year initially joining the company as Marketing and Events Manager progressing through to a Senior Consultant. She started her career at the age of 17, and likes to say she has studied ‘the University of Life’! With experience in Hospitality, Project Co-ordination and Event Management, Kat has a diverse and interesting background.
Kat loves travelling and especially around Australia where she went to live for a year. She met some amazing people, learnt some inspiring values, and did some unusual jobs, including working on an Oyster Farm! Kat learnt from her experiences that she is a people person in and out of the work place and always goes on that ‘gut’ feeling, which she feels is how she got drawn to The Career Boutique. Kat believes ‘you must think positively to get what you want.’
Kat enjoys the day to day challenges being a Senior Consultant can bring, she loves interacting with clients and candidates and always strives to give excellent service. The Career Boutique to Kat: ‘A friendly consultancy who tailors their service and dedicates their time to work as an extension to a clients business or a candidate’s career change’.

Lucy Hawkins - Office Manager
Lucy has recently joined The Career Boutique as Office Manager but has over 8 years experience in the recruitment industry. Firstly as a recruitment consultant for Hays Specialist Recruitment in London working on both Temps and Perms, then as PA to the Chairman of a successful Retail recruitment business in West London.
More recently, Lucy has worked as PA & Office Manager for an IT support company specialising in providing IT solutions for recruitment businesses.
Lucy has a degree in European Finance and Accounting from Leeds Metropolitan University and Hochschule Bremen. She is originally from Yorkshire but has also lived in Germany for 10 years before settling in Leeds for another 10 and then sampling the high-life in London for the last 8 years.
Lucy enjoys the challenges, highs and lows of the recruitment industry but has found her niche in the administration and organisation side of the business. Providing efficient and accurate support to the Career Boutique team, Lucy thrives on providing the best customer service to both clients and colleagues alike.
